In 1991 the judge then decreed "Rain shall fall in California beginning February 27th." Later that day California had the heaviest rainfall in ten years.

WWii helmet identification? Can someone give me a little info on the insignia of this helmet?

I believe a Navy officers helmet. Fixed bale wwii.

From the Stuka military museum in Illinois but I don't have any more info.
