Being Dumped, Get Over It!
OK so you're being dumped...get over it and remember the words of Gloria Gayner "You will Survive." Actually it's " I Will Survive" but I'm not the one being dumped.
Sorry, blunt I know and I'm not trying to make light of your pain. You're broken hearted and hurts like HE double L, but hey it's not the end of the world although you think its the end of yours.
Yes it's hard and your wondering how can you still love someone with all the little pieces of what's left of your heart. But it will heal (true love is the best super glue) and yes there is someone else out there for you. "As one door closes another one opens" as they say so maybe it's time for you to look behind door #2.
Sometimes after being dumped there is no getting them back even though right now that's all you want. You will beg, plead, give your right arm, a leg, your first born... whatever it takes just as long as they take you back.
OK you gave that a shot and it didn't work so time to move on. And here's why you should sooner than later.
See the funny thing about being dumped is it can be a very good thing! An opportunity has presented itself and now is the time to take advantage of it.
Now you may be asking "What opportunity all I see is misery and despair!" I guess that's one of the reasons they say love is blind.
The opportunity is you now have the freedom to explore new options. Nothing holding you back you can look behind door #2, 3 or 4 even 5. Get the picture?
Time to get out in the world again see whats going on. Probably been awhile since you have been out here. Big beautiful place with lot's of beautiful people and one in particular who is looking for you. But they may not find you.... unless your out where you can be seen!
So you're being dumped, get over it. Could be the best thing that ever happened to you!

What is a good sitting position for taking a dump?
Taking a dump meaning like the really hard poop what is the best sitting position to take those out cause sitting normaly takes a long time. will any position help the poop go out faster? maybe like squating, opening legs wide open, closing it etc.
Just sit up straight. You might spread your butt cheeks apart a little as you are sitting down, but that doesn't really help speed things up a whole lot.
You might try rocking forward and back while you are straining/pushing. Kinda readjusts everything like wiggling a cork in a bottle to get the cork out without breaking. lol
To avoid the whole problem, start drinking the full recommended minimum eight glasses of water (64 ounces) every day AND eat more fruits and vegetables. Especially fresh salads.
