What Is The Criteria To Be Considered Legally Separated For The Military (Army) ?
My sister and her husband decided to split up, a couple months ago he had the army fly her and the kids to another state and the military movers brought the furniture a few weeks later. My brother in law is still at his post in another state. Is this considered a legal separation by military standards ?
