Hmmmm, I completely agree with you. It must be late and I must be tired.

But yes, I believe we should do nothing rather then anything. Instead of trying to strengthen other countries "offense" we should simply strengthen our defense and let other countries defend themselves. The U.S. wants to be the protective "Big Brother", but all we have managed to do is become the creepy uncle who likes to beat everyone up when he gets drunk and apologies over it when he is sober.
