I am 21 years old and need to rent a car from Avis, will they let me have a "staff member" over 25 rent it in my name?
Um you should probably try going to like a 'bootleg' car rental place, or atleast somewhere else, because i STRONGLY doubt that Avis is going to let a "staff member" rent you a car.... Unless you have a friend over 25 (with a major credit card in THEIR name) willing to rent for you and add you on as an additional driver... But there are additional driver charges and you would also have to have a major credit card in YOUR name.
