Pokemon: Sceptile
Ability: Overgrow
Moves: Dragon Pulse, Leaf Storm, Toxic and Agility

Pokemon: Infernape
Ability: Blaze
Moves: Grass Knot, Sword Dance, Flare Blitz & Close Combat

Pokemon: Metagross
Ability: Clear Body
Moves: Earthquake, Meteor Mash, Psychic and Explosion

Pokemon: Gengar
Ability: Levitate
Moves: Shadow Ball, Focus Punch, Psychic and Substitute

Pokemon: Blissey
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves: Softboiled, Thunder Wave, Aromatherapy and Seismic Toss

Your Swampert is looking nice. The only thing that I would change is maybe switching out ice beam for ice punch because this Pokémon's physical attack is stronger than its special attack.

Sceptile is also pretty good. I might get rid of your last two moves for something that focuses more on its special attack stat. Because it's speed is so high already, there won't be much that can out run it if you don't have agility. Toxic i would put on a Pokémon with high defensive stats so it will be able to last longer. I try to leave the status afflicting moves (with the exception to sleep and maybe paralysis) to things that can take more than one hit and survive. Not saying your Sceptile is weak, but in general it's defensive states are at best, average. I would have a move set more like this.
-Dragon Pulse
-Leaf Storm/ Energy Ball only because I don't like it when my special attack drops Energy Ball provides a decent substitute, but this move is up to you.
-Focus Blast is good if you don't mind the low accuracy or you could go with a recovery move like leech seed or synthesis.
-And finally I'd go with grasswhistle it also has low accuracy but it works out really well on my Sceptile.

Infernape I would either make its focus either special attacker or physical attacker instead of both. In my mind a specialist is better than a jack-of-all-trades.
I think the physical attacker is better but that is just me.
-I'd drop Grass Knot for Thunderpunch cuz it covers two types Infernape is weak against (flying and water)
-Swords dance is ok, but like the agility on your Sceptile, I do not think it is needed. I would give it something like Earthquake for its sheer power or Shadow Claw for coverage against Psychic types.
-Flare Blitz and Close Combat are fine choices for Infernape, and give it an adamant nature and you are set.

Metagross is near perfect.
keep everything the same, except get rid of psychic, which is a special attack, for something like Zen Headbutt which is still a psychic type attack put for physical attackers. You could also replace it with agility since the speed stat on Metagross is only average.

Gengar
Shadow Ball and Psychic are good moves to have, but I think i would get rid of the other two.
-Focus Punch is a physical move and Gengar is a special attacker, so I would replace it with either Focus Blast, or I recommend Thunderbolt. This would add a good electric type attack to your team for more type coverage.
-I would also get rid of substitute for something like Destiny Bond, which is my favorite. Or you could go with something like Giga Drain, or Sludge Bomb.

I never really liked Blissey enough to train one for myself but they are pretty tough to fight against in my opinion. Your Blissey is looking pretty good. Softboiled, and seismic toss are good moves to have on Blissey. Aromatherapy is also good. But I'm not entirely sure about thunderwave. It is good but maybe something like counter or something to higher its evasiveness like minimize would be good to i think.

Other than the changes I suggest you team is really good. You have different types in your team and they are pretty much ready to deal with any type that gets thrown at them. If I had to swap out any Pokémon it would be Blissey for a more defense oriented Pokémon like Dusknoir or Umbreon. But I think your team is very solid. Nice Job!
